Special characters like üöäÜÖÄ truncate suject

In german we often use üöäÜÖÄ - Subjects get truncated and just the first part till the first special char is displayed and stored. DB is UTF8

If you add a ticket over frontend it is ok. This seems to happen only when emails are parsed.

Any idea?

Hi,

i checked it now via Web Form which i send also vie Mail. Here it is working. It is not working if i send it my email software (Thunderbird)
